This is a long coat that I purchased on a Korean website about a year ago.
I'm not sure about the length, but someone who is 176cm tall and weighs 68kg wore it, and it reached below the knees. The shoulder width is slightly wider because it has shoulder pads, so even someone with a bigger build can wear it.
