Preloved- please see pictures for condition.Perv the elf was made by Tekky Toys in 2005. He wears a green elf hat, vest, and shoes, a gold bling, a black belt and red pants. When activated, his tongue wiggles and a bulge moves in his pants as he says several dirty phrases.
