Vintage jumpsuit with short sleeves, there are a few small white spots on the back of one sleeve and a small popped seam in the seat. There is a hook & eye mid torso and a zipper from the waist down a few inches on the front.
Each leg has a draw string at the bottom hem so you can adjust the width of the ankle.
