Based on research info I believe this is a 1997 Scream/ Ghost Face Mask. It has “Easter Unlimited Inc” on the back side of the chin. It has the proper shape eyes and nose and mouth. Also appears to show its age with the rubber used. These were mass produced years after the movie came out so please ask any questions and do your ready also if you have concerns.
Smoke free, pet friendly home. No holes in the black fabric, shows signs of the age and being used but no other issues.
