The 1891 Large Cent of Canada has several die varieties.
This is the Small Date - Large Leaves - Obverse #2.
As is so common with Canadian Large Cents, this one has some damage. Someone hit this with a large counterpunch of some kind.
Otherwise, this coin would still grade Fi/VG.
So... it's a damaged 75 coin with less than 1.5M minted.
