This is the color paneled pencil skirt from the Peter Pilotto Fall 2012 collection in US size 6, UK size 10. This skirt was seen on Blair Waldorf (played by Leighton Meester) on Gossip Girl. It is in excellent like new condition! Thanks for looking!!!
