Brand new with tag, FRYE Boots size 8.5. Shoes have never been worn, have been sitting in closet for a few years. They have a few minor scuffs on them from moving/sitting, but nothing that can’t be treated. They were to big, they would fit a size 9 better.Great boots!! No box
