Yes it comes with the Bose TP-1A headphones which on their own sell for about 40+shipping. See video this thing works and is in good condition. Just the CD player alone sells for 50+shipping in this condition. The ear pads on the headphones do have some wear and cracking, but are still usable, the speakers sound excellent.
