The Treasury Seal is a significantly different color than a normal 1934 100 bill, this this one being the rare Light Lime Green color, and not the usual dark green color seen on the overwhelming vast majority of these notes.

The serial numbers are also this rare Light Lime Green color, making this truly a special note.
