This is NWT. Nice lightweight coat done in a Champagne gold color. This is fully lined..The button is loose..needs to be retighten..simple fix. Pit to pit measurements Approx 20 inches and Shoulders to hem Approx 39 1/2 inches. Please see pics for care and material content
