This is a limited edition cherry blossom mirror.
It can be used to hold cards instead of a mirror.
It was hard to get because there were only a few in stock.
The cherry blossom pattern on the small items is different for each one,
so it's less likely to be the same as someone else's and has a special feel.
I bought it myself at a Louis Vuitton store.
