This is a vintage model of the Homunculus Demon from Ray Harryhausen in The Golden Voyage of Sinbad on of the old school creature features.
The copyright is 1973, but this version sculpted by Joe Laudati (officially licensed) collectible limited edition 1/1 scale kit with a highly detailed base (that makes me think of the Indiana Jones ride) signed J. Laudati '96, and the copyright from Columbia Pictures.
