All original, this cover art was only released for the ps2 versions, but xbox had sent blockbuster exclusively this cover art for the original xbox versions. Reason they are very rare to come by.
The map and manual both are a bit creased due to not fitting in the blockbuster case too well. Both are still in good condition besides the creases as shown in the pictures.
The disc has some very light scratches across the disc after getting it wiped down. Works great!
The manual and map will be shipped outside of the case so that they don’t get further creased.
