I’m the second owner of this polish from BKL’s Radio Rental collection. The fill line is at the shoulder and I’ve only swatched it on an included cabochon. This is a delicate cornflower blue polish with micro holographic glitter and strong red to yellow shimmer. The shimmer was at one time magnetic, but as you can see in picture 5, the magnetic pull is completely absent.
