This is not a Barbie. This is a 16” Playboy Playmate Collectible. As you can see from the photos, this doll is 100% anatomically correct, not for children. Unfortunately, there is not a box, however, the doll is in near perfect like new condition. See photos. There is a seam visible along the tops of the legs.
