New, unused
I have kept it at home without using it, so
there is some deterioration over time (see photo 3), but it is in good condition.
I tested the ink, but the ink flow is poor due to age.
It seems that replacement refills are currently sold,
so you can replace them if necessary.
Also suitable for gifts.
