This is a Beltone Hats floral hat with cream petals made of a sheer fabric, perhaps chiffon, on top and a more opaque woven fabric on the bottom. There are green bows made of a velvet-like ribbon. It is a more fitted hat, with a trellis on the underside and the petals and ribbons covering it.In good preowned condition.
