This is a relaxed-fit, hooded vest made of sweatshirt material.
It has a front pocket and drawstrings at the hem.
I purchased it at a 1LDK sample sale a few years ago, so there's no wash tag.
I've hardly worn it and have kept it in my closet.
It looks like it has pilling, but I think that's just the nature of the material.
