wjk cut off vest, size M [Defective]

I've worn this twice and washed it at home. It's listed as damaged but there are no stains.

Reason for as is :
I didn't like the length, so I cut the hem on the back myself. I still wasn't satisfied, so I bought a different size. That's why I'm selling this cheaply.
