Excellent condition - The decanter has no chips or cracks that I can find. It does have a very light water stain in the very bottom (visible if you turn it over and look through the glass). The tumbler has a few small chips on the bottom ground edge. The plate has a fairly large chip on the underside rim (pictured). The cup is marked Baccarat Depose in block letters on the bottom inside. The plate has a mark that is barely readable and I don't see a mark on the decanter. The cup measures 3.75 tall, the decanter measures about 6 1/2 tall, and the plate measures 7 across.
