Laid flat and unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 14 1/2” inches across so 29” around. So while the size tag indicates Large 34”-38”, this would also fit waists a bit smaller than that too.
Vintage sizing does often times tend to run a bit smaller than modern sizing.
The knit pouch on these are really soft and aren’t like a lot of vintage sports jocks that are more stiff and need a few wears and washes before they start to soften up and feel broken in.
These are soft and comfortable, yet supportive, from day one.
