I had this Autocord CLA'ed last year (for ~ 200) but never ended up using it. Everything works smoothly. A lens shade is included with the camera. See pictures for cosmetic condition.
The CLA included:
- cleaning/lubing focus helix
- cleaning aperture/shutter viewing window
- cleaning aperture/shutter control panel
- installing new leatherette on front of camera
