This is a beautiful antique silver Matchbox safe Vesta. This Matchbox would carry matches to keep them dry, and out of the weather. This Vesta has a double horse head on each side. This Matchbox safe is I believe to be silver but can not find the markings. Also my Research indicates it may be from Portugal. This antique silver Matchbox Vesta was used and is in good condition consistent with its age wear and prior use. It appears that someone cleaned the inside.567
