Everything in the photos is included.
Includes two replacement ear pads (unused), two cables, a conversion plug, and a headphone case.
The head cushion has deteriorated and has been removed, leaving only the core (hence the item is listed as having scratches and dirt). It can still be used as is, but please understand that it is not in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Otherwise, it is generally clean with no noticeable scratches.
