It has Velcro over the zip to act as an added wind barrier. It is waterproof and features omni heat technology. It has zippered pockets, as well as internal sleeves with thumb holes and Velcro around the cuffs it assures dryness and add warmth. This coat is made by Columbia Sportswear, size medium (10-12).
