This is hp envy notebook with windows 10 installed and Microsoft word I stalled as well. It comes with charger and sometimes when typing the letters and numbers are slow to appear would recommend using a bluetooth key board. Brought this from a refurbished company and it appears to have black type along the bottom screen. It works great wifi and internet on it and ethernet as well. Does NOT have sound only works if speakers are plugged in or headphones! Price is firm
