This is an incomplete PostureFit kit for a Size C Herman Miller Aeron. There's no fastening screw for the knob clamp (I think there's meant to be one, at least), and it lacks the securing clip for the back of the seat. The foam on the PostureFit is also degrading. I'd only suggest purchasing this if you're looking to fix something wrong with your PostureFit, not upgrade to a PostureFit.
For clarity's sake, this only works with the original Aeron (not the remastered).
