Good general shape, some minor and average signs of usage.
Buttons are all nice and clicky and the wah-wah is nice and tight.
No missing contact pins.
(Although there are no PS1 guitar games. PS1 and PS2 items are all backwards compatible in the sense they all fit the ports).
