Bottega Veneta Intrecciato rubber slip-ons.
I believe this is a model from the Daniel Lee era. You can wear them in the summer, and also in the fall with socks, so you can use them for a relatively long period.
I wore them for one season. The soles are dirty, but I applied Shoe Goo, so I don't think there's much wear or tear on the heels.
There are some scratches and dirt on the surface and outsole, but they are generally clean and I think you can still use them for a long time.
